- Bicycles: Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail; we sit in the middle. Bikes can be rented in Eastham or Orleans.
- Boating: Take a deep sea fishing trip out of Rock Harbor and catch those striped bass, or enjoy the fight of the bluefish.
- Coffee / Tea Facilities: Suites have their own coffee pots, coffee, tea and cream. Carriage House has early morning coffee delivered 45 minutes before breakfast. The Main Inn has coffee in the den 45 minutes before breakfast. Early travelers to the airport can get coffee upon request. Same goes for tea.

- Complimentary Breakfast: A full gourmet one entree breakfast served daily. Fruit and granola always available. Special diets considered when told in advance.

- Fishing: Bring your own poles or go with many of the outfitters on the Cape. There is Orvis, who even gives fishing classes -- surfcasting or fly fishing.
- Golf Courses: Play the oldest Links Course in the US, Highland Links -- amazing views on this 9 hole course. The Captain's Course has 36 holes, Starboard and Port. Hyannis Golf Course has some different slopes and slants to challenge you. Quequessette Country Club is another 9 hole course with challenges, especially the third hole. Blue Rock is a par three executive course. Try them all.

- Hunting: Sorry no hunting, but the bird watching is amazing, whether at the Audubon Society or just on our back patio.

- King Beds: We have king beds in 5 rooms. Two in the Carriage House, The Pent House, Barn Suite 1, and Main Inn room 1
- Library: There is a library in the Carriage House where books are left and borrowed.
- Massage Therapy: Our on-site massage therapist offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, a Combination of both, Aroma Therapy, Hot Stones, and a Spa Facial.
- Meeting Facilities: A small meeting can be held in our Spa facility for those staying at the Inn. Lunch can also be catered.
- Nature Trail/Hiking: The Cape Cod National Seashore has amazing trails and they provide maps at the Visitor's Center. The Audubon Society gives walking tours, or you may walk on your own. Race Point, in Provincetown, has trails to delight. You can hike the beaches, and there are even trails at Nickerson State Park for Mountain Biking.
- Private Bath: All rooms have private baths. Some have just stall showers, some with tub/shower combinations, and others with whirlpool tubs. One even has its own steam shower.
- Queen Beds: All rooms have queen beds, except the 5 with king beds. One room has a loft with twin beds, besides the bedroom with a queen bed -- our only room that sleeps 2 to 4.
- Safe Deposit Box - Front Desk: We can store important papers in our safe.
- Shopping: There is shopping galore. Provincetown offers an eclectic group of galleries and shops. Wellfleet is a gallery town where you can find that special piece for that special spot in your home. Eastham has many little shops with antiques, knitting supplies, gallery items and more. Orleans offers two walking blocks of dress shops, shoe stores and Snows--our department store that has everything. Chatham offers upscale shopping boutiques. Brewster has antiques, and Hyannis has the mall.

- Spa Services: Our spa has an exercise facility, sauna, hot tub, and a resistance swimming pool. Massage Services are available by appointment. We suggest you call for an appointment two weeks before arrival.

- Telephone in Room: All rooms have phones for local calling, and credit cards are needed for long distance calls.
- Television - Cable / VCR: All rooms now have televisions, cable, VCR and DVD players. The Pent House has two of each. We also have an extensive VCR and DVD library for your viewing pleasure.

- Wedding Facilities: We do not have a wedding facility, but do suggest the Captain Linnell House, 508-255-3400, and love having brides, grooms or family stay with us. We have a special honeymoon package.
- Whale Watching: A drive to Provincetown and a boat ride to the Stillwagen Banks, will afford you the most spectacular whale watching experience. See the Minke, the Humpback, and, if you are really lucky, the Right Whale. The Center for Coastal Studies gives a talk on whale tracking and what is being done to same these precious creatures. We can book your trip the morning you want to take this marvelous voyage.
- Whirlpool / Jacuzzi: Whirlpool tubs are in four king-bedded rooms, and one queen bedded room. Also have soaking tubs in one of the king rooms and one of the queen rooms.
