- Reservation Policy: All confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation. A two-night deposit is required for short stays; a three night deposit is required for holiday weekends and weekends in August; and a 50% deposit is required for stays of 5 nights or more. If a credit card number is given to confirm a reservation, the deposit will be processed on the day the reservation is taken.
