- Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of reservation. Refunds will be made only if cancelled or changed ten (10) days in advance of arrival date or, if less than ten days, if the room is reserved by another party.
It must be understood that your deposit insures that your accommodations will be available as confirmed and also insures us that the accommodations are sold as confirmed. Therefore, when situations arise that necessitate your cancellation less than ten days in advance, we most certainly do sympathize, but we must maintain a business policy. Your deposit will not be refunded. - Check-In: after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. unless other times have been arranged in advance

- Minimum night stay: Two day stays usually required on weekends.
