- Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled prior to seven days of arrival the deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made seven days or less from your arrival your deposit will be held and can be used as a deposit for a future reservation without any penalty.
- Children: Children are welcome, rates upon request. We have a limited number of porta-cribs.
- Minimum night stay: We encourage a two-night stay on weekends during the winter, high summer and fall seasons. Over holiday weekends there is a minimum stay of three nights, though we are sometimes able to make exceptions.
Reservations must be secured with a deposit equal to one day's rate or 50% of the total amount for visits longer than two nights. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after the specified date or depart before the final day of the reservation. Barrows House will refund this charge if the room is subsequently rented. - Payment Policy: The following methods of payments are accepted: cash, travelers checks, credit cards, Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX.
