- Children are Welcome: Because of our size, nine buildings on 12 acres we can accommodate families without over whelming couples.
- Coffee: Every building has a coffee machine as do many of the suites.

- Complimentary Breakfast: A complete country breakfast is made available to all guests.
- Conference Facilities: Conference facilities for up to twenty people are available.
- Cookies: Fresh baked cookies are available to all guests from 2 p.m. daily.
- Corporate Rates: Corporate rates are available for persons here on business, Sunday through Thursday night.
- Cottages: Two cottages are available, Birds Nest and Carriage House.

- Deck: Two second story decks are available with Truffle 4 and Schubert 3.

- Dinner: A full four course menu with specials is present to our guests. Dinner can either be prix fixed or ala carte depending on one's appetite.
- Downhill Skiing: Downhill skiing at three ski mountains is twenty to thirty minutes away.

- Fireplace: Barrows House has nine fireplaces in our suites, six are gas and three are wood burning.
- Free Local Calls: There is no charge for local calls from your room phone.
- Gardens: There is a large English Flower garden, extensive herb beds and a fruit and vegetable garden on our grounds.
- Gazebo: A well maintained traditional gazebo is well used by our guests
- Gift Certificates Available: Our Front Desk cheerfully can fulfill your desire for a Gift Certificate to celebrate a happy event.
- Gift Shop: Barrows House Gift Shop has a wide range of items for our guests to take with them from pot bellied coffee cups to Santa Claus
- Golf Courses: We have affiliations with three local golf clubs for our guests benefit.
- Hair Dryer in Room: We have hair dryers available at the front desk for our guest's convenience
- Handicap Accessible: Barrows House has one handicapped accessible room.
- Hiking: Hiking trails abound around Barrows House. The Green Mountain National Forest, Merck Forest and Equinox Conservancy all have mapped trails.
- Horseback Riding: There are three stables within 10 to 30 minutes.
- Ice Skating: Riley Rink has an indoor olympic sized rink 5 months of the year and for the hale and hearty there is Prentice Pond, 2 minutes away.
- In-ground Pool: We have a 24 X 50 foot heated swimming pool available to our guests from May 15th to September 15th, weather permitting.
- Internet Access: All rooms have telephones with dataports for dialup service. In addition the Main Inn, Hemlock and Truffle House have wireless internet service
- Internet in Room: All of our in room phone have dataports. Two buildings, Main Inn, Hemlock and Truffle House will have wireless access by June 2004.
- Iron / Ironing Board Available: All rooms and suites have ironing and ironing boards.
- Jacuzzi / Soaking Tub: Two suites, Birds Nest and Halsted Have two person Jacuzzi
- King or Queen beds: All rooms and suites have either king or queen bed except for our lone single room.

- Kitchenette: Stables Suites 1 & 2 have kitchenettes

- Microwave on Premises: Some of the buildings have a microwave in the common area.
- Minimum Stay Requirements: Weekend are usually a two night minimum. Holiday weekends are a three night minimum
- Non Smoking Rooms: All rooms and suites are non smoking.
- Outlet Shopping: Over 100 outlet stores are located in Manchester, VT only 10 minutes away. All guests receive coupon books for the Manchester Designer Outlets.
- Parking: Barrows House has four parking areas on our property.
- Patio: Four private patios exists at Barrows House.
- Private baths and showers: All rooms and suites at Barrows house have private baths with showers.
- Refrigerator in Room: Small refrigerators are available in most of the suites and all of the common areas.
- Sauna: Our guests have free use to our sauna by appointment
- Smoke Detector: All rooms, suites and common areas have smoke and heat detectors.
- Spacious Landscaped Grounds: Of the 12 acres that are Barrows House, 6 acres are groomed and the remaining 6 acres are wooded.

- Tennis Court: Barrows House has two tennis courts opened from April 15th to October 20th.
