General Information and Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be forfeited if the guest arrives after date specified or departs before the final date of reservation. Refunds will be made only if cancelled 10 days in advance of arrival for week days and 14 days in advance of arrival for weekends, 30 days in advance of arrival for holidays and special event weekends, or if the room is reserved by another party. No shows will be charged.
  • Check-In: 4:00 PM-6:00 PM If arrival is after 6:00 PM, prior notification is required.
  • Check-Out: 11:00am
  • Minimum night stay: Advance payment and two-night minimum is required for special event weekends at local universities.
  • Payment Policy: Credit Cards, Check or Cash Accepted
  • Reservation Policy: A deposit of one night's lodging is required for a confirmed reservation. Deposit may be made with VISA, MC,AMEX, DISCOVER or a personal check.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed in outside desiginated areas only.
