- Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if the Whistling Swan is given a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the arrival date of the reservation. All cancellations, regardless of notice, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee, per room. Group reservations (4 or more rooms) must provide a minimum of 30 days notice. Guests giving no notice of their intentions to cancel (no shows) will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Guests checking out earlier than the confirmed departure date will not receive a refund unless the room is re-booked.
We understand circumstances arise requiring the cancellation of a reservation however, as a small business, cancellations have a significant effect on us and the service we are able to provide. Therefore, we will offer refunds only when proper notice is given.
- Check-In: Check-in hours are 2:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Monday-Friday and by 6 p.m. on
Saturday/Sundays. Special arrangements must be made in advance for late arrivals.
- Check-Out: 11:00am.
- Children: Children over 9 are welcome!
- No Pets: No pets, please; boarding nearby.
- Payment Policy: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover are accepted.
- Reservation Policy: One night's deposit or a credit card number is necessary with your reservation.
- Smoking Policy: Fire regulations do not permit smoking in the house. We do hope you will enjoy your smoke in the relaxed atmosphere on the front porch of the Inn.
- Spirits: Social drinking permitted.
