- Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation deadline for full refund of your deposit is fourteen days prior to your first reserved night. The balance is due fourteen days prior to arrival as well. During holiday periods, such as Christmas and New Years or when reserving more than two rooms, we have a thirty-day cancellation and thirty day pre-pay policy. Should you cancel with less than the specified number of days, we will attempt to re-book your reservation and will refund what we can refill.
- Reservation Policy: To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 the total lodging bill with a minimum deposit of one night.
- Smoking Policy: Non-Smoking Inn.
