In the 1763 part of the Inn the dining room is small and the pace leisurely, in order to insure excellence of cuisine and personal service. On warm balmy evenings we also use our screened in deck for dining. Sit and watch the sunset over the fields and woods. When in season all the vegetables that we use come from our own organic gardens. We serve dinner between 6:00 and 8:30 p.m. and it is prepared by our Swiss owner/chef.

A fully stocked bar and wine list is available for your enjoyment.

We are also happy to cater to small parties up to 40 people.

For our overnight guests a full breakfast is served buffet-style, anytime between 8:00 and 9:15 a.m. Fresh eggs from our own chickens, along with french toast, pancakes, bacon and sausage are freshly prepared.

Help yourself to: fresh fruits, choice of juices, cereals & homemade granola, Mario's own special Swiss Muesli, homemade croissants and muffins, breads and rolls, freshly brewed coffees, varieties of tea, ...and more.

Then order your hot breakfast from the kitchen.

Enjoy your breakfast while watching birds at the feeders on the sunny screened-in deck off the dining room, or just relaxing and talking to the other guests in the main dining room.
