- Children: The Inn is appropriate for children over 8. Parental supervision is appreciated.
- Minimum night stay: Minimum stay of 2 nights on selected dates.
- Payment Policy: Personal checks are preferred, but we can accept Visa, MC, and American Express.
- Reservation Policy: Advance deposits are an important mutual protection. Therefore, a deposit equal to the daily rate or half of your total reservation is required to secure your room. It should be received within 5 days to become fully guaranteed. Cancelations must be received 14 days or more prior to arrival date. A full refund minus a $15 handling fee is gladly given if within that time, otherwise full payment is required for the full amount of stay unless the room can be resold.
- Smoking Policy: Only outside and away from the inn.
- Spirits: We have a liquor license with a fully stocked bar and a wine list for your pleasure. Most wines are available by the glass or by the bottle. We ask you to refrain from drinking your own on premise due to Maine laws.
- Travel Agent Information: We accept reservations from travel agents and pay a 10% commission on the room rate only. Valid except during our busiest weekends.
