Before dinner you can enjoy hors d'oeuvres consisiting of Maine made goat cheeses served with crackers. We have an a la carte menu for dinner to choose from. Always a favourite in summer & winter is the chef's own special Swiss Onion Soup, home made Dill Cured Salmon served with a Dill Sauce and a wonderful house salad picked daily from our gardens and that's just to name a few choices. Entrees consist of Rosemary roasted Rack of Lamb with home made Mint Sauce. Sometimes Prime Rib for 2 or a Filet Mignon with a local Morel Sauce. Always one or two local fish dishes from Scallops with a Herb Butter to a Honey Glazed Salmon. Veal or Pork is also often on the menu so there is plenty to choose from. Mouthwatering Desserts change all the time. We do Pavlova...a Meringue base topped with fresh fruits and cream, a Brownie Berry Sundae, a tangy key lime pie just to name a few. Choose from a large selection of teas or coffee along with an after dinner drink to end the perfect meal.
