- Cancellation Policy: Your deposit, less $50 per room booked, will only be refunded if we receive your cancellation request at least three weeks prior to your arrival, since we have no drop-in guests.
- Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Rooms are not available for use before 3:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: Children are welcome at The Swag. Children 7 years and younger can be accommodated in the three cabins.
- Minimum night stay: Please note that a two-night minimum stay is required.
- Payment Policy: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for your convenience.
- Reservation Policy: At the time of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be due.
- Smoking Policy: Some of the hand-hewn logs that make up our buildings are over 100 years old. Because the nearest fire department is about a 45 minute drive from our lodge, we need to be very careful about fire hazards. For this reason, we are a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside on the porches.
- Spirits: We are located in a dry county. Guests are welcome to bring their own spirits.
