- Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you must cancel your reservations more than two weeks before your arrival, we will gladly refund your deposit. If less than two weeks , we will refund your deposit (less cancellation fee of $25) if your reservation can be filled. Holiday, peak season, and groups require longer cancellation periods.
- Check-In: between 3:00 and 9:00 PM.
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
- Children: Children over 12 are comfortable at The Orchard Inn.
- Desk/Office Hours: Reservations accepted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, if you please.
- Minimum night stay: For your full enjoyment, advance weekend reservations require a two-night minimum stay.
- No Pets: Guest pets are not permitted. (Local boarding available)
- Payment Policy: You may settle tariff with cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- Reservation Policy: A reservation is confirmed with your credit card for the amount of one night's tariff.
- Smoking Policy: The Orchard Inn is non-smoking.
