| | | | Our oldest antique, a queen canopied four post bed dating from 1795, is in Room #10. The room is one of our best with formal Colonial furnishings, private exterior entrance and gated, fenced enclosure. It has a working fireplace and bath with one person whirlpool tub. Room #10 is noted for its extreme privacy and private 300 gallon hot tub located in a screened porch accessible directly from the room. The tub and porch are designed so that the occupants of the tub cannot be viewed from the outside. Water in the hot tub is changed for every new guest. At 300 gallons, the hot tub is ten times the size of a conventional bathtub. The hot tub is a year 'round feature. This unique accommodation also features a gated entrance and furnished deck, both of which are covered by a full awning. In addition it has an apartment sized refrigerator. It is located on the first floor of the Carriage House. |

The tub is 75 gallons, which is 2 1/2 times the size of a conventional bathtub and designed for two persons to recline, side by side, comfortably.
