- Cancellation Policy: Refund of deposit will be made if the reservation is cancelled seven or more days in advance. If the cancellation is made less than seven days, the deposit will be refunded if the room can be re-rented.
- Check-In: Daily from 2:00 p.m. and before 9:00 p.m..
- Check-Out: Monday through Friday at 11:00 a.m., Saturday or Sunday at 12 noon. Late check-out will be pro-rated at half day rate.
- Children: The inn is appropriate for quiet & well-supervised children.
- No Pets: In consideration of others, pets are limited to rooms 5 & 8.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: $ 100 deposit is requested. The deposit should be received within one week of making reservations. Asa Ransom House prefers your personal or corporate check. We will honor Discover, Visa and Mastercard.
