Chilled Cantaloupe Riesling Soup  

Ingredients
 
4 cups pureed Cantaloupe 3 cups Orange Juice 1 cup Riesling wine Zest of Lime 2 Tbsp. Roses lime juice  

Directions
 
Puree cantaloupe with orange juice. Add wine, zest and lime juice. Chill.
