Weekly evening outdoor barbecues with live Western entertainment and breakfast rides up to the Old Homestead for a cowboy breakfast in the great outdoors add an Old West touch to the mealtime.

With the exception of the cookouts and breakfast rides, all meals are served in our lovely Main Dining Room, overlooking the outdoor pool, with a majestic view of the Rincon Mountains. Breakfast is a combination of ordering any standard breakfast item off the menu, and a buffet of assorted chilled juices, fresh fruits, yogurts, breakfast breads and cereals. The extensive lunch buffet offers a wide variety of foods to choose from, and features our famous Sweet Talk pastry table.

Dinners in the main dining room are specially prepared by our award winning chef, featuring gourmet cuisine! With such a wide variety of delicious food, everyone will find just what they like!
