Located in a lovely and historic neighborhood of Santa Barbara, The Simpson House is private and secluded, set behind tall hedges in an acre of English gardens. Mature oaks, magnolias, fountains and numerous sitting areas dot the expansive lawns. This historic landmark Victorian estate is considered one of the most distinguished homes of its era in Southern California. It features the elegant 1874 Victorian home with six guest rooms, the Garden Room, the restored 1878 barn with four spacious and handsome rooms and four luxurious private garden cottages. Our 15 rooms, suites and cottages feature generous amenities, warm inviting décor and furnishings, complemented by our hallmark service. Rooms are single or double occupancy and subject to 12% hotel tax. Additional person limited to specific rooms by pre-arrangement only - $50.
