- Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation, 7 days cancellation notice is required to receive a refund. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice you are financially responsible for any nights not rebooked. For late cancellations please contact the Inn directly at 1 800 676 1280.

- Minimum night stay: Two night minimum stay required if Saturday night is included. Three night minimum during holiday periods.
- No Pets: No pets please.
- Payment Policy: Cash, Checks, Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa Accepted for deposit and payment.
- Reservation Policy: Pre payment of one night or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, will guarantee your reservation. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
- Smoking Policy: For your comfort, smoking is permitted on the smoking veranda only.
