The Craftsman SuiteUS $235 - $345
A brick fireplace and fabrics in rich earthtones create a warm background for the original wood floors and simple oak furnishings of this late 19th century American-style suite. Ground floor, sitting areas, queen size bed, double whirlpool tub, separate shower, garden entrance, fireplace.

The August Kutzboch RoomUS $145 - $195
Named for the mansion's architect, this cinnabar-and-cream colored room is highlighted in brass and furnished in an eclectic style. Its antique furnishings are enhanced by a lively-patterned chintz, while marble surrounds an ebony tub in the silvery-tiled bath. Main floor, queen size bed, single whirlpool tub with shower, verandah.

The Turkish NookUS $145 - $195
This extravagantly swathed and burnished room is an interpretation of a popular Victorian decorating craze. Pale, kiln-fired turquoise tile colors the secluded bath. Main floor, queen size bed, steam shower, verandah.

The Sarah Fairchild Conover RoomUS $235 - $345
Rich greens, golds and burgundy comprise the palette for the elaborate papering of this extraordinary room. Polished marble fireplace, antique furnishings, tall lace-paneled-and-shuttered windows and many-paned French doors recall the lavishness of the mansion's renowned hostess. A hidden door within floor-to-ceiling bookcases opens to a sumptuous bath revealing round-arch windows, classic columns, marble and tile. Second floor, sitting area, queen size bed, double whirlpool tub, separate shower, private balcony, fireplace.

The James Whistler RoomUS $145 - $195

The period furnishings and the pale rose-colored tub of marble and tile bath complete this tranquil setting. Second floor, queen size bed, single whirlpool tub with shower, verandah.

The Lilly Langtry RoomUS $200 - $300
The lovely rose-and-cream colored chamber recalls the beauty and grace of the actress who charmed the 19th century society. The Eastlake antiques and carved marble fireplace elicit the sentimental mood of this High Renaissance Victorian period. Lace-paneled windows view the round shining dome of the nearby state capitol. Classic and luxurious, the bath is tiled and marbled. Second floor, sitting area, queen size bed, double whirlpool tub with shower, verandah, fireplace.

The Oriental SuiteUS $235 - $345
The enigmatic Orient comes alive in this black-and-cinnabar suite where colors, fabrics and furnishings summon the beauty and mystique of the fabled Far East. Beneath the skylights of the bath, mirrored panels richly reflect the luster of the ebony tub. Third floor, sitting area, king size bed, double whirlpool tub, separate shower, skylight windows.

The Carrie Pierce RoomUS $200 - $265
The Mistress of the mansion in its lodging-house days, Carrie Pierce is the inspiration for the cream, grape and taupe warmth and charm of this airy room. Third floor, sitting area, queen size bed, double whirlpool tub, separate shower, skylight windows.

The StudyUS $145 - $195

Beyond the cozy privacy of green-slatted blinds lie the verandah and Victorian garden. Ground floor, sitting area, queen size bed, standard tub with shower, garden entrance.

The Atomic RoomUS $145 - $195
The eccentricities of the professor that inhabited this room at the time when the mansion was used for student and faculty housing show through in the decoration of the Atomic Room. Minimalist 50's style furniture in stark colors with sharp lines give the room a vibrant and vivacious feel, while the plasma television offers the height of modern technology. The intimate tiled bath comes equipped with a steam shower, and access to the garden is present. Do the twist or bugaloo for extra entertainment. Every guest at the Mansion Hill Inn slumbers in sumptuous, new bedding. The experience begins with our Simmons Beautyrest mattresses with Super Pockets Coil technology and fabric that gently stretches. Supremely soft, 400 count, Wamsutta Egyptian cotton sheets grace the beds and the hypoallergenic Primaloft pillows. And, finally, under a creamy diamond-stitched coverlet rests the pillowy, Primaloft comforter.
