Peacefully self-contained on 24 rural acres, Antrim 1844 is an ideal environment for motivating and enhancing corporate productivity. We offer a variety of meeting rooms to suit any format and size, from intimate group discussions in the Mansion sitting rooms to full-scale conferences and banquets in the glass-enclosed Pavilion. Copiers, fax and multi-line telephones are available, as well as audio/visual equipment for your meeting needs. To meet the individual goals of our corporate clients, we will customize the meeting format and guarantee success.

Corporate Retreat Rates (Sunday - Thursday)

29 Guest Rooms: Per night corporate rates are 20% of regular room rates ($85.00 to $250.00; see rooms and rates for descriptions)
Continental Breakfast - Included in room rates for overnight guests; $10.00 per person for day guests
Lunch - 3-course, $25.00 per person for groups of 10 or more, $35.00 per person if under 10 guests. Menu changes daily.
Dinner - 6-course, $62.50 per person or 3-course, $45.00 per person. Menu changes daily.
Beverages - $5.00 per person for an assortment of beverages set up in meeting room. Full bar and extensive wine list available; Bar bill is based on consumption.
Meeting Snacks - A variety of light snacks is available, $1.50 per person. (List of choices available upon request.)
Facility Rental - Meeting room rates vary from $150.00 to $250.00 per day
Tax and Gratuity - 5% Maryland sales tax is added to the above expenses, and 20% gratuity is added to all catering.
