- Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows: A one week (7 day) notice is required to insure a full refund of deposit. If you should cancel in less than seven days, a full refund will be given if the room can be re-rented, less a $20 charge. We do not over-book reservations, so we must adhere to our cancellation policy.

Please advise in advance if check in after 8 PM is required. - Check-Out: 11 AM
- Children: Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Younger children find us boring.

- Minimum night stay: A two-night minimum is required on many weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)
- No Pets: While the Inn has one Collie dog, we do not normally have facilities to care for your pets. Please call the Innkeepers to check in advance if your pet will not conflict with Sasha - the collie
- Payment Policy: Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Accepted
- Reservation Policy: Rooms will be reserved with a deposit equivalent to your FIRST NIGHT'S STAY, preferably by receipt of a check within seven (7) days of making your reservation. If you wish to use a credit card for your first night's payment, we will charge your credit card immediately. Final payment (preferably by cash or personal check) will be accepted on your departure.
- Smoking Policy: The Inn does not allow any smoking within the building. Those wishing to smoke may use the outside patios and porches.
- Spirits: The Inn has a selection of fine wines and champagnes to be enjoyed during dinner or in your room.
