- Cancellation Policy: We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Anything outside of 14 days, a refund is only subject to a $25.00 service fee. Within 14 days of a reservation, should you have to cancel prior to your arrival, you would forfeit the deposit unless Channel House is able to rebook the accommodation. If we are able to rebook, your deposit will be refunded less the service fee.
- Check-In: between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: not an appropriate environment for children under the age of 16.
- No Pets: No pets are allowed.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: In order to confirm a reservation at the Channel House, a first night's payment is required in advance and will serve as a deposit. VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are welcome.
- Smoking Policy: Channel House is a non-smoking establishment.
