- Cancellation Policy: With at least a 14 day notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $30 per room processing fee. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, deposit will be refunded provided the room is rebooked for all nights of the reservation. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who fail to show, are responsible for the entire stay. Major holidays, Sept. and Oct., and special events require a 30 day notification.

- Check-Out: 11 am
- Children: The Inn is appropriate for children above the age of 13.
- Minimum night stay: Two Night Minimum on Weekends (three night minimum for some holidays)
- No Pets: Though we love animals, we cannot accommodate yours.
- Payment Policy: Payments may be made by cash, check, Discover, VISA, MasterCard or AmEx.
- Reservation Policy: Reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to one night's stay - or 50% for longer stays.
- Smoking Policy: Rabbit Hill Inn maintains a totally NON-SMOKING environment.
- Travel Agent Information: Limited travel agent commissions paid for non-peak/holiday periods.
