- Cancellation Policy: Twenty-one days or more before arrival: refund of the deposit less a $50.00 administration fee per room will be made directly to your credit card. Less than twenty-one days before arrival or early departure: your deposit will be forfeited. And if we are unable to resell your room(s) for the exact nights you had reserved, your credit card will be charged for the full amount. No Refunds for any Holiday Cancellations.

- Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay is required when you make your reservation. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require full prepayment. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) reservations are processed at time of reservation and do guarantee payment in full for the exact number of nights you have reserved. A written confirmation will be sent (via U.S. Mail, fax, or e-mail) to you outlining the exact dates of your stay, the rates, and any special arrangements/activity reservations, etc.
