  • Health Spa / Massage: Experience a relaxing musical massage in our spacious massage room with Ann, your innkeeper. Ann's custom massage table was designed with sixteen speakers built into the frame. As you fully relax on the table, your body may feel the vibration of the music. As a nationally certified massage therapist, Ann's massage work can be gentle or deep, depending on your body's needs. A hot paraffin hand or foot treatment is another pampering option available at the King's Cottage
  • Hiking: Ask us for information on the numerous hiking trails in Lancaster County.
  • Nature Preserves / Trails: Lancaster County park is less than 2 miles form the inn and contains 544 acres of all kinds of habitats between Mill Creek and the Conestoga River. great for jogging, hiking.The Garden of the Five Senses is a lovely quiet shaded area to enjoy.
  • Night Club: There is all kinds of night life here. ASk for your copy of "The Fly", anewspaper which lists all the night time entertainment on a daily basis.
  • Farmer's Market: are especially good on Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Handmade quilts, furniture & crafts abound. Antiques galore!
  • Outlet Stores: Rockvale Square Outlets and Tanger Outlet Center are within 5 miles of the inn. Reading and Hershey outlets are within 45 minutes.
  • Fine Dining: Our farmland means tasty dining in many area restaurants. From Pennsylvania Dutch to fine French, there's a restaurant for your discriminating palate. Check our menu basket.
  • Sight-seeing: There are various private, group, buggy rides or self guided tours available. You can borrow a tape or CD to tour the Amish farmalnd -- it is a favorite activity for many of our guests. Or we can arrange for a private tour in your own car with a local tour guide from the Mennonite Information center.
  • Buggy Rides: Amish buggy rides exploring Lancaster County
  • Miniature golf: Village Greens Miniature Golf and Water's Edge Mini-Golf are two great places to visit within minutes of King's Cottage.
  • Golf: Crossgates Golf Club, Overlook Golf Course, and Lancaster Host Golf Resort are a few of the golf courses available.
  • Antique Shopping: Quality antiques and collectibles can be found in many shops in the County or you can attend a live auction on Tuesdays and some weekends.
