Prepare Strawberry Grand Marnier Sauce: In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients. Heat on low heat until simmering and strawberries fall apart, approximately 10 minutes. Set aside and keep warm. Spread French bread slices with whipped butter. Place butter side up on ungreased cookie sheet. In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar mixture generously on top of each slice of bread. Place cookie sheet on top rack of 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Place sliced brie on top of each bread slice, covering entire piece of bread. Add sliced strawberries over cheese. Return cookie sheet to oven and heat 5 minutes more, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven. Dust plate with powdered sugar. Place two slices of bruschetta on each plate. Spoon Grand Marnier Sauce over top and serve with your favorite breakfast sausage.
