- Cancellation Policy: A fourteen day cancellation notice prior to 12:00 noon on day of arrival is required or you are obligated for full charge of reservation. Holiday periods require a 21 day cancellation notice. The first night's stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.
- Check-In: after 1:00pm. Please advise us if you expect to arrive after 6:00pm.
- Check-Out: 11:00 am
- Minimum night stay: Two night minimum stay requirement on weekends and through the months of July and August. We reserve the right to extend minimum stay requirements during holiday periods.
- No Pets: We ask that you leave your pets at home or make arrangements at the local kennel.
- Payment Policy: Visa - Mastercard
- Smoking Policy: The Joshua Grindle Inn is a smoke free inn. Smoking is only permitted on outside porches and in the garden.
- Spirits: Wineshop on premises with selection of premium Mendocino wines. Complimentary wine in room and cream sherry in Parlor.
