Ingredients

2 c frozen fruit of any kind (bananas, berries, melon etc)
1 /2 - 1 c vanilla yogurt
1 - 2 tsp honey
fresh fruit slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in Parfait glasses and garnish with fresh fruit slices and mint sprig
