All our guest accommodations have private bathrooms (some with whirlpool tubs), air-conditioning, color cable TV/VCR or flat panel TV/DVD player, complimentary wireless Internet access, daily maid service, fluffy towels, and specialty soaps. Many have gas fireplaces. Our guests are invited to enjoy our delicious, full New England breakfast and Afternoon Tea with sweets. We provide exceptional hosptiality, complimentary concierge services, off-street parking, covered bicycle rack, beach passes, towels and umbrellas. For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking inn and have no facilities for pets.

All rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast and afternoon tea. Add 7% Maine state lodging tax to all rates. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Special rates apply for Prelude weekends and other special event and Holiday periods.
Main House
There are 4 rooms and 2 suites in the main house. All offer air conditioning and private baths. Two rooms offer queen beds and private bath with shower ($109-$179). One room offers queen bed, private bath with double whirlpool tub ($149-$199). The fourth room offers queen bed, fireplace and full bath ($129-$189). Two deluxe fireplace suites offer king/queen bed, separate sitting room, private bath, one with oversized shower, one with single jacuzzi tub. ($179-$259) Room Descriptions 
 
Cottage Suites
There are 5 cottages surrounding the property, housing 11 English Country Cottage Suites. All offer air conditioning, private baths, color cable television, and VCR. Four have queen beds and fireplaces, three of which also have separate breakfast rooms and all have private baths with whirlpool tubs. ($149-$259). There are two cottage suites offering queen beds and a twin daybed, fireplace, separate breakfast room and full bath with tub and shower ($139-$199). There is one two-bedroom cottage suite offering a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a full kitchen, a separate sitting room, and a full bath with tub and shower ($139-$259).
