- Cancellation Policy: Murphin Ridge Inn is a small country inn and our policy is not to overbook rooms or cabins. Reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to a scheduled stay will result in a loss of the deposit, unless the room or cabin can re-rented by the Inn. In all cases, a $25 handling fee will be charged. No shows are charged at full price.
- Check-In: 3:00 p.m. - 9 :00 p.m.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: Children's rates available.
- No Pets: No facilities for pets.
- Reservation Policy: An advance deposit is required to secure your reservation, which can be done with a VISA or Master Card number or by check. The check should be received at the Inn within 5 days of receiving your confirmation letter. Deposits for Guest House Rooms are $100.00 and $150.00 for Cabins.
- Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking Inn and will access a $150.00 cleaning charge for smoking in the Inn or Cabins
- Spirits: Guest House guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages for consumption in their rooms.
