| Room 1 is downstairs. It has a queen-sized bed and a private bath and shower. An additional single bed may be set up in this room making it suitable for a small family. |

The trundle bed makes a great day bed, or, pull out the lower bed and it becomes two single beds. The queen plus the two singles make this room suitable for a medium sized family. | 
| | | | Room 3 is upstairs. It has a double bed and a private bath and shower. | 
| | | | Room 4 is upstairs. It has a queen-sized bed and two single beds, and a private bath with a claw-foot tub and shower. This is our biggest room. By simply closing a hallway door, this room in combination with room 3 becomes a spacious large family-sized suite containing one queen, one double, and two single beds. |
