- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy - Refund of advance deposit will be returned when notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to the day of arrival. Also, a refund is granted if the room is re-booked.
- Check-In: Check in time is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. except on Sunday, 3:00 pm-5:00 pm. If late check in is necessary, please notify in advance.
- Check-Out: 11:00 am.
- Desk/Office Hours: Office Hours: 9:00 am-8:00 pm; Sunday 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
Office Hours for the Winter Season, January through March, 9:00 am-5:00 pm. No spirits are served - you may bring your own. Full hot country breakfast is served every day except on Sunday an extended continental breakfast is taken to guest's room. Guests staying in the "Old Farmhouse" are served in the dining room. - Minimum night stay: Minimum 2 night stay on weekends.
- No Pets: We do not accommodate pets.
- Reservation Policy: Deposit-$25.00 per night lodging. Deposit should be received within 10 days of making your reservations.
- Spirits: No spirits are served; you may bring your own.
