The Rules & Regulations

1. Select Registry Marketing ("Select Registry" or "we") may change the Golden Quill Guest Loyalty program (the "Program") rules, processes, regulations, travel or other rewards, and special offers at any time, with or without notice. These changes may affect, but are not limited to, partner affiliations, rules for earning Golden Quill Rewards, Select Registry reserves the right to terminate the entire program with six months advance notice to all then-Active Members, and immediately upon notice to all then-Active Members in the case of a termination relating to the substitution of a similar replacement program.
2. Membership in the Golden Quill Guest Loyalty Program is free and is available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit participation in frequent stay programs. Participation in the Golden Quill Guest Loyalty Program indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as of any changes or modifications made to them.
3. Fraud or abuse of the Golden Quill Rewards, reward usage, membership privileges and benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Select Registry, including the forfeiture of Rewards, the termination of Golden Quill privileges, and revocation of membership. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to immediately discontinue a Golden Quill membership, and terminate the member's account, if a member violates any local, state, or federal laws or ordinance otherwise misuses the benefits of membership or fails to pay any valid bill or account due to a Select Registry member property or Select Registry. Nothing contained in these Membership Rules shall limit Select Registry or it’s member properties in the exercise of its legal or equitable rights or remedies.
4. Earning of Golden Quill points and redemption of rewards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Golden Quill benefits and awards may be subject to income or other taxes. Such taxes and all disclosures related thereto are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Select Registry makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Golden Quill Rewards Program.
6. Neither Select Registry nor our member properties are responsible for requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail or via electronic mail. Select Registry is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding it’s member properties.
7. You cannot have more than one Golden Quill membership. Program memberships are individual and can only be used by the member whose name is listed on the account. Under no circumstances will you receive credit for any rooms booked by other individuals including, but not limited to, friends or family members.
8. Corporations, associations and groups cannot enroll in the Golden Quill Guest Loyalty Program.
9. Select Registry reserves the right to delete any Golden Quill account with no activity for 24 months.
10. The sale or barter of any Golden Quill Rewards or other Select Registry programs (other than by Select Registry) is prohibited.
11. Respecting your privacy is important for us. However, we may from time to time send you certain program information that may include, but is not limited to, marketing materials which will inform you of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to you. You will be given the opportunity to opt-out from receiving these materials. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
12. All interpretations of these Membership Rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Select Registry.
