You will need to submit all eligible overnight stays for approval. You can even submit your stays from the previous program. Please review the guidelines below to begin building your credits towards your $100 reward!

Earning & Redeeming Points

• You will earn a Golden Quill point per night spent as you accrue stays toward your reward certificate. Participating properties are subject to change without notice. Only participating members in good standing at the time of the stay can provide a Golden Quill point.
• Golden Quill Rewards are earned based upon a single point per night stayed at a qualifying Select Registry member property.  A $100 reward will be issued upon the completion of 12 nights spent during a two-year period. Points will expire if unredeemed within this two-year period.
• Bonus Rewards. Select Registry reserves the right to offer bonus rewards or other promotional offers.
• Only you may earn Golden Quill points for your account. Members cannot earn credit for the stays of any other guest.
• Golden Quill points are not earned for no-show or cancellation charges.
• Members can receive a Golden Quill Reward credit for a maximum of 12 nights during any one stay. Members cannot check out of the hotel and check back in for consecutive nights to earn additional stay credits.
• Members do not earn Golden Quill points for "day use" (i.e. same arrival and departure date).
• Members will receive periodic account summaries detailing their eligible stays via an e-mail newsletter. Account statements are not sent via regular mail.
• We reserve the right to correct any Golden Quill Reward values, letters or e-mail statements sent in error. If you are not properly credited for your Golden Quill stay, contact Select Registry at info@selectregistry.com or 1-800-344-5244 to to be sure you receive credit for your eligible stay.
• Members of the Golden Quill program prior to July 1, 2011 can receive credit toward Golden Quill Rewards by contacting Select Registry to convert their points to the new program.
• A Golden Quill reward certificate expires after two years and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Rewards are not transferable.   When a member plans to use a reward, notice must be given at the time the reservation is made.
• Reward reservations must be made in advance of stay. Please give the Select Registry member property your name and the Reward Certificate Number.  Only one Reward certificate can be redeemed per stay.
• Special offers are no longer valid and Golden Quill Rewards may no longer be earned, at a property that terminates membership in Select Registry or discontinues participation in the Golden Quill Program before such offer or reward is redeemed, or with respect to any portion of a stay.
• We reserve the right to deduct any Golden Quill Reward points credited to an account in error.
• Golden Quill Reward Certificates will be e-mailed to the address provided in your online account profile. If you would like to confirm or update your preferred address, please sign in to your online profile or contact Select Registry.

Transferring stays from original Golden Quill Program to the new Program

• Current Golden Quill members can, at their option, claim a reward valued at  $25 on their 4th stay until July 1, 2012.
• Stays applying to the $25 value reward cannot be used in conjunction with the new Golden Quill program.
• Previous Golden Quill stays can be converted to Quill Points at a minimum of 2 days unless otherwise notated by the member property on the Quill card.
• To convert your points to the new program, please download and print The Point Conversion Form. Complete and return to Select Registry along with your card.
• All points must be converted by July 1, 2012.
