White Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter
- 8 oz white Chocolate Chips
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 ¼ cup semi sweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease an 8” pan.
Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove pan from heat and add 4 ounces of the white chocolate. Do not stir.
In large bowl, beat eggs and pinch of salt with electric mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until pale yellow and slowly dissolving ribbon forms when the beater is lifted.
Add white chocolate mixture, vanilla, salt and flour mixing until just combined. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and remaining white chocolate.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
