Ingredients
- 18 - 20 Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 pound of Hone Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
Preparation
Peel Sweet Potatoes ad ice into cubes. Steam until fork tender (Approx. 1 Mins). Place Potatoes in mixing bowl and add Cream, Brown Sugar, Honey Butter and mash everything together. You can use a ixr if you desire. Add Honey Butte unil sweetness is o your liking.
