Ingredients
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup bluberries (fresh are best. If using froze, do not thaw before use)

Preparation
Preparation
Preheat griddle to 275 degrees.

Beat egg; add milk and oil, mixing well.

Combine flour and next four ingredients. Add to egg mixture, mixing until blended. Stir in oats.

For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Drop blueberries into tops of pancakes. Flip when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.

To serve, place on a warm plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

For the ultimate treat, top with warm 100% Real Maple Syrup.
