Ultimate Blueberry Pancakes
A scrumptious breakfast treat.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1 cup bluberries (fresh are best. If using froze, do not thaw before use)
Preparation
Preheat griddle to 275 degrees.
Beat egg; add milk and oil, mixing well.
Combine flour and next four ingredients. Add to egg mixture, mixing until blended. Stir in oats.
For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Drop blueberries into tops of pancakes. Flip when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
To serve, place on a warm plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For the ultimate treat, top with warm 100% Real Maple Syrup.
