Ingredients
- 1 Qt Heavy Cream
- 1 #15 size can of crushed or diced Tomatoes
- 1 #15 size can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Qt Water
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Base
- 1/2 Cup of Dried orFres Basil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Graded Parmesean Cheese
- 1 Tsp Granulated Garlc
Preparation
Bring water to a boil and add Chicken Stock. Add Tomato Sauce, Tomatoes, Basil, Salt & pepper. Thicken with a Roux or Cornstarch. Cook until thickened . Turn off heat and add cheese.
