Sun-dried Tomato Spread

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 8 oz butter (or less), soft
- 8 oz grated parmesan
- 4 oz re-hydrated sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 4 large cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Place all ingredients together in food processor, blend well. Remove, shape, and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
