Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Mix butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to dough. Roll dough into balls. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cinnamon-Sugar coating:
Combine 1/4 c. sugar and 1 tbs. cinnamon and mix well.
