Pecan Balls

If you are an inn in Atlanta, you have to have a pecan cookie recipe that has been passed down!

  • 1 lb. of pecans, ground fine
  • 1 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites, beat stiff
  • 1 small jar of marchino

Preparation
Preparation
Mix together pecans, brown sugar and salt. Fold into egg whites. Shape into small balls.

Place on greased cookie sheet. Top with 1/8th piece of cherry. Push down. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
