Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups of Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup of Olive Oil
- 1 Cup of Finely chopped Parsley
- 2 Cups of Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- 2 Cups of Pecans (Toasted and chopped)
Preparation
After Pecans have toasted for a few minutes remove from the oven and let cool. Chop Peans and Parsley up. Combine all ingredients together except Bleu Cheese crumbles. Mix well in a large bowl. Fold in Blue Cheese crumbles with a rubber spatula and chill.
