Oatmeal Craisin Cookies
These delicious cookies meld tart cranberries with the nutty crunch of oatmeal and just a touch of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. salt
- 3 cups Quaker Oats (uncooked)
- 1 cup craisons
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Heat oven to 350.
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy Add eggs and vanilla, & beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt, mix well. Add oatmeal, craisons and nuts, mix well. Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
