Maple Ice Cream

This is wonderful all by itself but it is really wonderful served on the side of blueberry pancakes or a berry waffle.

  • 1 pint of Hagen-Daz Five vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel

Preparation
Preparation
Soften ice cream for 15 - 20 min.
You'll have to eat a couple of tablespoons of the ice cream before adding the maple syrup. (You got to do what you got to do!)
Mix in maple syrup and fleur de sel.
Stir until well incorporated. Return to freezer for a few minutes.
