  • 2 C. Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ C cubed smoked ham
  • 5 C Provolone, grated
  • 20 eggs
  • 6 C. half and half
  • 4 t Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute
  • salt and pepper

Preparation
Preparation
Mix sundried tomatoes, green onions garlic and ham in a bowl.
Divide evenly into 20 ramekins.
Sprinkle with grated provolone, dividing evenly
Whisk the eggs; add the half and half and the seasonings
Divide and ladle egg mixture evenly into ramekins

BAKE at 375º for 25 – 30 minutes
