Ingredients
- 2/3 C. soft margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 C. sugar
- 3 C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (go easy)
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 C. melted butter
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation
Combine margarine, egg, 1 C. sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder into pasty substance. Blend dry into wet until well mixed by hand, adding milk by thirds. Place in greased muffin tin. Mix 1 C. sugar and cinnamon. Remove muffins, dip in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar and serve. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
