Ingredients
- 4 Cups water
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 2 Cups 1 minute oats (quick cooking kind)
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8+ cup brown sugar
- 2 oz. maple flavored syrup
- 2/3 can evaporated milk
Preparation
Bring to a boil water and salt in large sauce pan. Add to water oats and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, maple flavored syrup and evaporated milk. Stir all ingredients well, and serve.
