Midge's world-famous gluten-free chocolate chip macaroons are stuff of legend! This simple recipe combines chocolate chips, coconut flakes, eggs, sugar and vanilla to create a divine treat!

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 16 Ounces of Coconut Flakes

Preparation
Preparation
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet & optional). Beat the eggs with a fork and add sugar and vanilla. Add coconut and chocolate chips mixing thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with non stick spray, place mounds of mixture on baking sheet and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 10 minutes or until they turn brown. Shut off oven and leave for 10 minutes before taking out of the oven.
