Oatmeal Caramel White Chocolate Bars
Oatmeal, caramel and white chocolate combine in these bars for a truly delicious dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup caramel or butterscotch caramel fudge topping
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, set aside.
For the crust, beat flour, sugar, butter, baking soda and salt in large bowl until crumbly. Beat in oats until just combined. Press half the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Set aside remaining mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
For the filling, sprinkle chips and nuts over crust. Blend caramel topping with flour. Drizzle over the chips and nuts. Crumble remaining oat mixture over top.
Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
